2018 RACE POSTPONED TO AUG 19 DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Beautiful Carbonear NL in July is the setting for one of the best Sprint Triathlons you'll ever race.

This point to point event starts with a 500m dip in the cool fresh water of Freshwater Pond followed by a scenic 18k bike ride back through Carbonear, up the hill, back into Freshwater and through town again finishing by the pool in Carbonear.

Then a 5k run out and back through the town and 1 lap on the track brings you across the finish line.

Cap off the day with a tasty steak and salad dinner at the awards reception.
